TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: September 3, 2026

The terms that apply when you use the Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service website or contact us about towing, roadside, automotive, or impound services.

CAMPBELL’S TOWING AND AUTO SERVICE

This website is operated by Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service (“Campbell’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to the website at campbells-towing.com. Separate estimates, work orders, invoices, releases, storage terms, or other service documents may also apply to individual transactions.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service govern your use of campbells-towing.com. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. WEBSITE AND SERVICE INFORMATION

The website provides information about towing, roadside assistance, automotive service, impound services, service areas, and ways to contact Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service. Website content is general information and does not itself create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or confirm that a dispatch has been accepted.

3. URGENT AND ROADSIDE REQUESTS

Do not rely on the website contact form for an emergency or time-sensitive roadside request. Call (231) 722-2796 for 24/7 towing or roadside dispatch. Response times depend on location, traffic, weather, active calls, vehicle condition, equipment needs, road access, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. ESTIMATES, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Any estimate or pricing information is based on the information available when it is provided and may change if the actual location, vehicle, condition, labor, parts, mileage, storage, recovery requirements, or other service circumstances differ. Applicable charges and payment terms will be communicated in connection with the requested service. The website does not currently offer a customer account or online checkout.

5. VEHICLE AUTHORIZATION AND IMPOUND MATTERS

By requesting service, you represent that you are authorized to act for the vehicle or property involved. Identification, proof of ownership, payment, releases, or other documentation may be required before a vehicle is accessed, repaired, released, or transported. Impound and storage matters may also be subject to applicable laws, agency instructions, lien requirements, or facility procedures.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy content in a manner that violates applicable law, impersonate another person, or submit false, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent requests.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written authorization.

8. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information sent through the contact form or otherwise provided through the website. Do not submit confidential information that is unrelated to your request. We may use submitted information to respond and provide services as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The website may link to third-party websites, maps, review platforms, or other services. Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties relating to website availability, completeness, accuracy, and freedom from interruption or harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service and its owners, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website. Rights and remedies relating to a separately authorized towing, automotive, roadside, or impound service may be governed by the applicable service documents and law.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Campbell’s Towing and Auto Service harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the website that is not governed by a separate written agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in or serving Muskegon County, Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
